By using SnappyQR.com, you certify that you have read and reviewed this Agreement and that you agree to comply with its terms. If you do not want to be bound by the terms of this Agreement, you are advised to stop using the website accordingly.

SnappyQR provide tools for scanning and generating QR codes. We offer both free services and premium subscription tiers (Essentials, Professional, and Enterprise). Each tier has specific limits on API calls and bulk generation, as detailed on our Pricing Page.

3. User Responsibilities & Conduct

• Prohibited Content: You may not use our generator to create QR codes that link to malicious software, phishing sites, or illegal content.
• Lawful Use: You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the platform.
• Account Security: If you use premium features, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys and account details.

4. Premium Subscriptions & Payments

Premium features are billed on a subscription basis. By selecting a premium plan, you agree to pay the fees associated with that plan. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled through your account settings or by contacting support.

Refund Policy: We offer a **7-day money-back guarantee**. If you are not satisfied with our premium features, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase by contacting our support team at snappyqr.support@gmail.com. After this 7-day window, all purchases are generally non-refundable.

5. Intellectual Property

Platform Ownership: All materials, including software, design, logos, and trademarks on SnappyQR.com are the intellectual property of SnappyQR.

Generated Content: You retain ownership of the data encoded in the QR codes you generate. However, SnappyQR grants you a perpetual, worldwide license to use the visual QR code images generated by our service for personal or commercial use.

6. API Usage Policy

Usage of our API is subject to the rate limits defined by your current subscription tier. We reserve the right to temporarily or permanently suspend access if your usage patterns suggest abuse or threaten platform stability.

7. Limitation of Liability

SnappyQR.com and its components are offered for informational and utility purposes; this site shall not be responsible or liable for the accuracy, usefulness or availability of any information transmitted or made available via the site, and shall not be responsible or liable for any error or omissions in that information.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your access to the platform without advance notice for violations of these Terms of Service.

9. Data Retention Policy

To ensure platform performance and optimize storage, SnappyQR enforces the following data retention policy based on your subscription plan:

* Data is automatically deleted after the specified period. It is the user's responsibility to download and backup their results within the retention window.

10. Cancellation & Account Expiration

Your data retention status is tied to your subscription state:

• Active Subscription: Standard retention rules for your plan level apply.
• Cancelled (Pending): If you cancel your subscription, you will maintain **full access to all premium features and data** until the end of your current paid billing period.
• Expired or Downgraded: Once a subscription officially ends (after the paid period) or is downgraded, your data is retained for an additional **grace period of 30 days**. During this window, you can re-activate your plan to restore full access. After the 30-day grace period, all files exceeding free tier limits will be permanently deleted.

We recommend re-activating your subscription within this 30-day window if you wish to preserve your historical data and bulk results.
